Every weekend from June 30th to July 29th Governor's Island will play host to GlassLab - a collaboration between The Corning Museum of Glass and Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum which will see a range of designers and glassmakers work together to inspire during a series of live experimental workshops.

Designed to give the audience a live glimpse of the glassmaking process' and influence the artists taking part - each workshop will concentrate on the innovative aspect of the material and work on inspiring and rediscovering the use of glass as a material.
